Corrosive, pure and contaminated media in the chemical, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, in metal processing, waste disposal and recycling.
When stainless steel is not sufficiently resistant.
Alternative to expensive Hastelloy, Monel, and Tantalum pumps.
When anti-adhesive surfaces are important.
Economical and reliable for less environmentally critical or hazardous media (single mechanical seal pumps are lower priced than sealless pumps).
Suitable for high solids-laden, gas-containing or problematic media where sealless pumps are unsuitable.
Suitable for poorly lubricating media using gas-lubricated mechanical seals.

Single stage, plastic lined, frame-mounted chemical process pump of heavy-duty design.
Flanges drilled to ANSI B16.5 Cl.150.

Mild steel armouring absorbs all hydraulic and pipe forces.
No expansion joints required, unlike partially or non-armoured plastic pumps.

- Heating jacket for crystallising or polymerising media.

Metal core ensures dimensional stability at high temperatures and flow rates.
Closed impellers available for low NPSH conditions.
Back vanes reduce axial forces, improving efficiency.
Metal core protected by thick-walled seamless plastic.
Impeller secured against loosening if pump starts in wrong rotation or in case of backflow.
