Design

• Single stage, frame-mounted chemical process pump of heavy-duty design.

• Mechanical Seal: Single, Double, Inside, Outside etc.

Operating Range

• Delivery Heads: Up to 120 m

• Flow Rates: 1 – 650 m³/hr (50 Hz operation)

• Operating Temperatures: -60°C to +300°C

• Operating Pressure: Up to 16 bar (235 psi)

Features & Specifications

1. Impeller

• Closed impeller design ensures maximum efficiency.

• Keyed impeller positively locked onto shaft and sealed.

2. Bearing Frame

• One-piece cast iron frame with oil bath lubrication.

• Very sturdy design.

3. Casing

• Wall thickness 10–12 mm for reliability and longer life.

• Top centerline discharge for air handling and self-venting.

• Back pull-out design for easy maintenance.

• Integral casing feet prevent pipe load misalignment → maximized seal & bearing life.

• Serrated flanges standard for leak-proof sealing.

4. Pump Shaft

• Rigid shaft designed for minimum deflection at seal faces (< 0.05 mm).

• Available with or without shaft sleeve.

5. Back Plate

• Stuffing box supports various seal applications: internal/external, double/single, balanced/unbalanced, with any gland connections.

6. Mechanical Seal Options

• Internal and external mechanical seals.

• Cartridge seals.

• Double seals for special applications.
