It is ideally suited for corrosive/erosive liquids containing solids and stringy materials.

• Single stage, frame mounted chemical process pump of heavy-duty design

• Flanges drilled to ANSI B16.5 Cl.150

• Mechanical seal: Single, Double, Inside, Outside etc.

Operating Range

• Delivery Heads: Up to 100 m

• Flow Rates: 1 – 150 m³/hr (50 Hz operation)

• Solids Handling: Depends on pump design

• Operating Pressure: Up to 10 bar

• Operating Temperatures: -10°C to +80°C

Priming Chamber

Centrifugal pumps may require a priming chamber as an auxiliary means of lifting liquid from below the pump centerline or from over a tank wall.

• Once filled, the pump can be started/restarted without re-priming.

• Chamber retains liquid after shutdown, creating vacuum at restart.

• Atmospheric pressure then forces liquid into the suction pipe, completing the prime.
