1. Plunger Type Metering Dosing Pump – MM Series

Overview:
Plunger pumps are designed for high-pressure applications and precision dosing. They offer superior efficiency, reliability, and accurate fluid control.

Key Features:

  • High-precision dosing with durable gland packing

  • Manual stroke control for flow adjustment

  • Accurate and consistent output with adjustable flow rates

  • Corrosion-resistant construction for tough environments

  • ±3% dosing accuracy, unaffected by backpressure

  • Modular design for easy maintenance

  • Temperature range: –20°C to +150°C

Material of Construction (MOC):

  • Stainless Steel: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L

  • Special Alloys: Hastelloy C, Alloy-20

  • Gland Sealing: PTFE

  • Custom alloys available on request

Options:

  • Jacketed Head – For heating or cooling process fluids

  • Auto Flow Control – 4–20 mA input for remote control

  • Multi-Head Design – Different outputs with one drive

  • Modular Setup – Simplex, Duplex, Triplex, or Quadruplex

Notes:

  • As flow increases, pressure decreases.

  • Final pump selection is determined by Minimax Dosing Pumps based on customer requirements.


2. Hydraulic Actuated Diaphragm Pumps – HYD MM Series

Overview:
Hydraulic diaphragm pumps combine the benefits of plunger and diaphragm technology, ensuring precise metering at medium pressures.

  • Manual flow control via stroke controller
